Cher was the absolute best to work with! She has an amazing work ethic and was responsive! We were looking for a vacation condo online since we live in another state. She took videos of places for us and provided the information we needed to determine what we wanted to see in person. She listened to what we wanted and helped narrow down choices for us. In the beginning, we told Cher that we were not in a hurry and would only make an offer for the perfect property or maybe not even make an offer at all, but we always still felt like VIP clients to her. After the purchase, we had a small repair. Since we are not local, Cher met the repairman and made sure the issue was addressed. She is the best realtor we have worked with and she helped us find our dream vacation condo. We look forward to a continued friendship with Cher!

Cher is a superwoman. We had a very unusual and long loan process. Cher made sure every day that she was in contact with the lender and making sure everything was getting done. She never took no for an answer. If I ever had any questions she would immediately answer the phone. I loved that she would take the time to explain things in detail to us. She went above and beyond for us. We had a last-minute item that needed to be notarized, and Cher immediately started calling notaries and then paid for it! If you want the best realtor around I seriously and highly recommend Cher! I don’t think we could have made it into our dream home without her.
